Really interesting read, Ankush. Very fresh new perspective, a lot of food for thought - and - most impressively, several actionable suggestions from ‘one from a generation whose ass we’ve wiped ;)’ Keep up the good work!
Loved the ending with the original Ankush quote! Please end all articles with a gem like that. And of course, everything above the quote was immensely informative. I often speak to my mother about the 'wiped your ass' syndrome but it's usually in terms of staying mentally fit by continually engaging in information that tests and expands what you know. Of course, this applies to physical health too - I just never thought of it that way. Thanks for nudging me towards the same, and offering up some immediately actionable ideas too :)

Good read. Will definitely be telling my grandparents to not stop movement and exercise. Thanks!
