As you already know, I am passionate about discussing the benefits of strength training and how it can positively impact one's life.
My father who is a 63-year-old diabetic and former heart patient, is a living example of this practice. He had never stepped foot inside a gym until he embarked on his strength training journey. Since then, there has been no turning back for him.
