Insulin
The importance of this biomarker, an exclusive article I wrote for TBT and a presentation I did for my office to raise awareness on insulin
I have actively monitored my blood work for the past three years, analyzing changes to identify which biomarkers need improvement. I had overlooked a crucial test until my aunt, a doctor, advised me to start tracking insulin as well.
This became another biomarker that I delved into through personal research.
Insulin stands out as one of the key biomarkers, likely one of the most important to track.
It is surprising how few people are aware of its significance. Most people will not even be aware that they have high levels of insulin and that they are insulin-resistant.
In this exclusive article with Truth Be Told, I cover the importance of tracking insulin.

I also did a presentation for my office on the importance of being aware of insulin and its role in productivity at the workplace. I thoroughly enjoyed this one, it was short, sweet, and to the point. I spoke about my own experiences in the presentation with the help of a continuous glucose monitor.
